Note: if your device is coming into the shop for a diagnosis or repair, can you please bring your device charger and a note of any usernames and passwords/pin that may be required. i.e Microsoft or Apple ID account

If your computer is a desktop then we do not require anything extra apart from usernames/passwords, unless your desktop has a specific power supply, i.e not a standard three pin "kettle" lead.

If you do not provide these things for your machine, your repair may be delayed, or we may not even be able to carry out the repair.
